How To Make Your Barbecue Successful and Profitable:

Pre-sell tickets. (This is very important)

Pick a location with heavy traffic flow.

Your location must have easy access.

Use news media for advanced advertising (radio, newspaper, local business, etc.)

Include our name in your promotions. (We are well known and have a reputation for quality)

Have your barbecue start at 11:00 AM.

Have a minimum of 6 people to sell and package meals the day of the barbecue.

You will need at least three 8-foot tables to package and sell from.
