Pricing, Deposits and Payment
Our pricing is based on your event, the date, and the number of guests. Please call or email our office to discuss pricing or to arrange a personal meeting and/or tour of our facilities. Final pricing is guaranteed within 60 days of the event. A non-refundable deposit of $500 is required to hold your date. Prepayment is required unless other arrangements have agreed upon. There is no additional charge for the grove when your group has 75 adults or more. There is an additional fee if your group attendance falls below 75 adults.
Attendance and Final Count:
For Weddings and other large events, final count and payment for your affair is needed two weeks prior to your date. For smaller events, you may give us your final count one week prior to your event. Final invoicing will reflect this guarantee or the actual attendance whichever is greater.
A special menu can be designed for Children at your event. If you are serving the children the same meal as the adults you will receive a 25% discount.
6% PA Sales Tax will be added to the total bill.
If you choose to have alcohol at your affair, we will supply you with all the necessary alcohol including beer, wine and liquor along with all necessary mixers, toppers, ice and bartenders. We can operate it as an Open Bar or Cash Bar
As an added convenience, you may decorate the day prior to your event if it is not being used. All decorating and deliveries must be coordinated with us to ensure our personnel will be on premise. To avoid any additional charges, we ask that you remove all decorations at the end of the event and return the tables to the original placement.
Tables and Chairs
You may use picnic tables for your event at no cost or if you prefer a more formal layout you may choose round tables and chairs for an additional rental fee.
